Rooted in Community

Mayor Elena Marlowe has served as the Mayor of Evergreen City since 2020. A lifelong Evergreen resident, she previously worked as a high school teacher and later as a city council member for 8 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from State University. Under her leadership, Evergreen City launched its first Green Initiative, expanded community policing, and championed economic programs supporting small businesses.
